Most practices never learn whether a referral became a visit. A chart goes out by fax, and from that moment the only way to find out what happened is for somebody to pick up the phone and ask. Every practice on both ends of that handoff knows the feeling, and nobody has the hours to chase it.
We have been building software and running infrastructure in Seattle since 2017, for healthcare operations and for the businesses whose systems we keep online. Cync is that experience pointed at the referral loop: smart parsing on the way in, an outreach engine that does the chasing, and loop closure that happens without anyone remembering to do it.
What Cync does
Smart parsing reads whatever arrives, by fax, by email, or uploaded by hand, and turns it into a clean patient record in one worklist. The outreach engine keeps texting and calling until the patient answers, and automatic loop closure tells the sending practice the moment the visit is booked. How we work
We keep our products close to the people who use them, and our infrastructure close to the people who run on it. Practices own their data, patient information stays scoped to the practice that manages it, and nothing we operate is used for advertising.
